Be part of our litter walk and support a cleaner, greener park while enjoying a relaxed walk and connecting with colleagues!
Join us for a community litter walk and make a real difference in our local area. It’s a great opportunity to come together, meet new people, and help keep the park clean, green, and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you're passionate about the environment or simply want to give back, every little bit helps and your efforts can make a big impact.
Led by Polly Wright, ‘Reading for Wellbeing’ is all about sharing the pleasure of reading aloud good stories, novel extracts, and poetry, which prompt discussions about the relationship of their themes with people’s lives, and our feelings about the behaviour of main characters. Most of all, though, it’s a way of getting to know people, through a love of literature.
You won’t need to bring anything – all material is provided. Hot drinks and lunch will also be available.
Connect with nature & your community! We’re inviting you to an hour of fun and gardening at our BBP Community Allotment every last Wednesday of the month, from 12pm to 1pm. Whether you're an experienced gardener or a beginner looking to learn, this is the perfect chance to get outdoors, enjoy fresh air, and grow something great.

Experience the sweet side of sustainability with our Honey Harvest Event!
During this hands-on and educational session, our expert beekeeper will guide you through the fascinating process of honey extraction - from removing the honeycomb frames from the hive to spinning and filtering the golden honey. You’ll learn about the vital role bees play in our ecosystem, how our office hives contribute to biodiversity, and what it takes to keep a healthy colony thriving.
The event will include:
🐝 Live honey extraction demonstration – see how honey is harvested directly from the comb.
🍯 Honey tasting – sample freshly harvested honey straight from our hives.
🌻 Bee education – discover how we’re supporting pollinators and sustainability at the workplace.
It’s a unique opportunity to connect with nature, learn something new, and celebrate our shared commitment to the environment - right here at the office!
