Join us for the Birmingham Business Park Social Value Committee, a new group dedicated to making a real difference in our business community.
For our second session, we’ll be joined by co-host Luke Manley, Corporate Fundraising Manager at our 2025 partner charity Birmingham Hospice, who will share insights into partnership opportunities and outline some of the exciting plans for the year ahead.
We’re also pleased to welcome Carol Glenn from Solihull Council, who will be discussing Match My Project and the wider support available through the council.
Joining the session too will be Nadia Davies from Solihull College and Jayne Hanson from Solihull Council, adding valuable perspectives from education and local authority engagement.

Led by Polly Wright, ‘Reading for Wellbeing’ is all about sharing the pleasure of reading aloud good stories, novel extracts, and poetry, which prompt discussions about the relationship of their themes with people’s lives, and our feelings about the behaviour of main characters. Most of all, though, it’s a way of getting to know people, through a love of literature.
You won’t need to bring anything – all material is provided. Hot drinks and lunch will also be available.
Join us for an hour of fun and gardening on our community allotment. This event is perfect for anyone who loves gardening or wants to learn more about growing their own food.
We'll start the session with a tour of the allotment, where you'll learn about the different plots and what's currently growing. Our knowledgeable experts from Nurture Landscapes will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Throughout the day, there will be plenty of opportunities to socialise with other members of the allotment club and make new gardening friends. We'll even throw in a FREE lunch and drink.
