Join us for this unique opportunity for our occupiers to unwind, destress, and reconnect with nature, promoting physical and mental well-being.

Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in a natural environment to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. A forest bathing event typically involves a guide who leads a small group of participants on a leisurely walk through a forest or other natural setting, encouraging them to engage with their surroundings using all their senses.

During the event, our guide, Jane, will lead the group in various activities, such as mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and gentle stretching, designed to help participants connect with the natural environment and foster a sense of calm and inner peace.

Session 1 - Woodland Session

The first session will take place in our woodland area where you will be able to bask in the beauty of our 100-year old Oak and Chestnut trees - the focus will be on grounding.

Session 2 - Lake Session

The second session will take place near the trees at our Main lake with a focus on the element of water, and emotion.

Participants are encouraged to disconnect from their electronic devices and focus on being present in the moment, allowing themselves to fully experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest.
