Coleshill
Many of the Park occupiers use Coleshill for their every day needs.  A picturesque town with a village atmosphere, Coleshill is located within 5 minutes drive and has a supermarket and a range of boutiques and independent stores.  For the more energetic there is also a leisure centre.

Birmingham City Centre
Birmingham City Centre lies approximately 10 miles north-west of Birmingham Business Park and is easily accessible via the A45 or the motorway network or by rail or bus.  As the regional centre, Birmingham offers extensive shopping facilities and a wide range of department stores and multiple shops.

A number of new prime and specialist city centre schemes have been completed and there are several other schemes still being developed.  The Pavilions Shopping Centre located in the High Street, was the UK’s first four storey shopping scheme and it provides over 50 shops in a pleasant air conditioned environment and links directly to Marks & Spencer.

Birmingham has experienced massive changes in recent years, with more than £1 billion invested in the City Centre during the last decade.

One of Europe’s largest and most innovative shopping destinations is the Bullring which provides 110,000 sq m of prime retail space including 2 flagship anchor department stores, 130 shops and 25 restaurants, all combined with leisure facilities, the building is the largest City Centre regeneration scheme in Europe.

Regional Town Centres
Further shopping centres are provided within easy travelling distance of Birmingham Business Park, including the regional centres of Sutton Coldfield, Redditch, Coventry, Nuneaton and Merry Hill in Dudley.

Smaller market towns, including Coleshill, Lichfield, Tamworth and Henley-in-Arden provide quality shopping facilities of a more rural nature, in conjunction with Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, all of which are within easy travelling distance.
